Here, you can find many of the legal agreements used by Peak InfoSec to provide services to visitors of our website and our clients. For the purposes of this page, the term “you” refers to you as an individual and, where appropriate, to the organization which you represent.

Prospective clients often wind up sharing sensitive information with our teams. To help give them more confidence when speaking with us, Peak InfoSec will often enter into a Nondisclosure Agreement (“NDA”) with the prospective client. To streamline the engagement process, Peak InfoSec has adopted an industry standard NDA as our standard NDA, which we publish online. We require prospective and current clients to accept the terms of that NDA. To initiate the NDA process, simply fill out the NDA form on our NDA page and we will countersign as appropriate.

When Peak InfoSec enters into an agreement to provide services to our clients (“Services”), we generally provide clients with a Proposal which describes the services we believe are best suited for the client. The proposal may include multiple optional services from which clients can choose the one(s) which are best suited for their purposes. Clients indicate the service(s) they wish to purchase on an Order Form. Once the Order Form is completed, Peak InfoSec sends the client an Invoice.

When an agreement is entered into with a client:

• The Proposal provides a detailed description of the work to be performed that is associated with each option (i.e., the Statement of Work).
• The Order Form indicates which option(s) are chosen by the client and the corresponding cost.
• The Invoice defines the final cost of the Service(s) to the client and other details.
• The Services Terms define the legal terms under which the services are provided.

To streamline the engagement process, Peak InfoSec publishes the Services Terms online. Services are provided subject to the client accepting the Services Terms. The Services Terms, the Proposal, Invoice, and, once executed by both Peak InofSec and the client, the Order Form operate together to define the Agreement between the parties.
