James Goepel
James (“Jim”) Goepel earned his JD and LLM degrees from George Mason University and his BSECE from Drexel University. Jim has deep knowledge of technology, cybersecurity, data privacy, compliance, and the law.
Jim has served as an expert witness in several legal matters, including successfully overturning a federal agency’s decision to perform a sole-source acquisition of hundreds of millions of dollars in software and a healthcare case alleging that a large healthcare provider did not meet HIPAA and other security requirements.
